At Adendia, we don’t just promote homes: we build them too. Our activity is mainly concentrated
in the eastern area of Málaga.
We have more than forty years of experience in the real estate sector, always focused on offering homes with personality, design and real value.
However, it was in 2021 when we decided to take a further step and create our own construction company, with a very clear idea: if we wanted the highest quality, we had to build ourselves.
Since then, we only build our own developments, which allows us to act with complete independence and without concessions. This decision gives us a key advantage: working much more efficiently, optimizing deadlines, controlling every construction detail and responding quickly to any unforeseen event.
One of the most privileged environments on the Costa del Sol, where we have been developing projects for years that combine Mediterranean design, functionality and quality of life.

Since 1982 we have successfully completed projects totaling more than 750,000 meters built and a sales value of more than 1,200 million euros.
